Bet you enjoyed that:D

We missed it here, some localised flooding at high tide this afternoon but all gone tonight.

Big problems though cause Thelwall Viaduct closed after an artic blew over so gridlock in town.

Took Landy for an 80 mile run this morning, goes very well:)

Loved it and having a 90 showed everyone else that they couldn't do it. as I had to tow 3 cars out one being a range rover sport 2010 which now has no engine as it run on water for a bit:cool: and had to be put on the back of recovery truck 1-0 defender.

Was going to be changing the injector harness till I noticed the torque setting of the cover bolts, mine doesn't go low enough and the thought of stripping the threads doing it by guesswork was enough to have me running to fleabay to buy a low range torque wrench. Ended up removing the remaining internal panels while I've got the rooflining out so I can give everything a good clean. Oh, and ordered an EGR removal kit.

Nice one mate, I know that feeling after towing trucks and cars in the snow with the V8 a few years ago:)

Fitted stereo with CD player

Drained gearbox oils out and put new in, only got two and a half litres total out of both boxes which is worrying:rolleyes:

Engine oil still new and golden after 150 miles , not bad:)

Got me otter working!

Didn't realise that when the little lever goes down to the bottom of the slide it's supposed to get otter from the fanny thing!

Dead chuffed, me! :D

Got some steel for the new exhaust manifold flanges, gonna make them up tomorrow!

As well as the inlet flanges and we may possibly start work on the flywheel adaptor

Might need some doing for my V8 tvr hybrid;):)

which bit ? the flywheel adaptor or the manifolds ?

Manifolds are just being hand cut, grinder, drill, file, hacksaw, do it the old fashioned way as theres no need to laser cut these at uni, its just an old carb motor

Adaptor will be turned on a lathe
