Ground strap between chassis rail and engine block.... Will it fix the cold start issue? (already had new battery, maxi fuse and new heater plugs)....... next jobs fuel return pipes, non return valve fuel stop valve and fuel pipes in general.

Just changed the screws on the door strike plates. Hope to eliminate some of the drafts whistling round in the cab especially this time of year.

Looks very nice, hope you enjoy it as much as I do mine. Great vehicles.

Thanks :) I can't wait to get it! I've wanted one for years, finally managed to tempt my dad to get one lol. Hopefully it'll last many years and I'll learn a lot about them on the way :)

Used it to refresh the coal stocks for the ray burn. Another 200kg :) wheel bearing gasket is leaking so need to take it off, clean everything up and replace with some gasket glue :)

Finally went laning after six months of having Mandy parked at the mechanic's. It was worth the wait though :) :) :)

New battery fitted, old one was still going but cranking seemed to be slowing up, as it was over six years old time to go ready for winter. New one is 90Ah 740CCA so a bit bigger than standard

Lovely pics. Looks cold. With that snow ud be better off with a sledge strapped to the dog. Ha

'Twas in the Alps above Bergamo. It wasn't too cold in the sun. The laning was exciting with some nasty up/downhill icy patches where you had to avoid touching the brakes. It was good to see all my friends from the Italian Land Rover forum :) and have a day out away from all the stress of work :)

Just passed its Control Technic ( French MOT) Feel that pleased about it I almost gave it a clean, except it was -5c. Think I will wait till the spring.
