Took me 'new' alloys out after picking 'em up from Carmarthen.

Loaded all me winter toolkit in the back - its the same as me normal toolkit with the addition of some cheap kipping bags, few ration packs, a gas stove and kettle plus some cuppadrinks, few litres of water and a couple of cut down bread trays as traction boards - not ideal but free!!

Fitted my gearlever and Disco gaiter, took a few bends to get it just right but it's not far off where it was before as far as the knob position goes:):)

got my son to wash both my old landie plus the lexus today,
both shine like a shilling us a sweeps ars..... err, rear end... ;)

spose it`ll cost me a £10 now,
but I never got cold or wet while making this comment....

Replaced the air springs on my TD5, each morning it was looking like some yank low rider and backing down the drive felt like I was about to rip out the wheel arches. The difference is quite noticeable, especially on some of the tight corners and rough roads we have round here, feels a lot smoother! The injector harness and gasket have just arrived as I'm typing so that's tomorrows job.

Just replaced my tensioner bearing, and my power steering pump
The bled the power steering, drivable again now :D

Tipped just over half a litre of Kero in with the engine oil, ran it a couple of miles and then dropped the oil.

Changed filter and put new oil in, what a difference, the oil is still clean after a five mile run, looks like I just put it in.....result:D
