changed track rod ends again, third time in three and a half years, three year warranty with these
let`s see how long these last.:rolleyes:
 
Today I've finished the installation of a 5door front courtesy light in my 3 door, and an MGF rear view mirror with the little map lights on it, and all the interior lights are pure white LED's. :)

I'll post more pics in a separate thread, but for now:

I fixed mine until it was broken. :(
Changed the vacuum lines for the turbo and EGR, now it won't start. I think it isn't fuelling. Meh. I wanted an automatic anyway. ;)
 
Yeah, but I can't find which one(s) are flakey. Manana. I'll pull the air porting off again and check then. Also time to charge the diagnostics laptop. I'm suspecting injectors or fuel rail pressure sensor.
 
Today, I have been mostly doing the rear diff mounts. Thanks all for the helpful hints. I do seem to have dropped, or mislaid, the gear-change thump somewhere.
