It will be back on later, let us know when you see it and then we can bid on it and then not pay![]()
Absolutely. Hundreds of spoof bids are the order of the day I reckon.
I'm game

Good luck with it mate. Won't you miss auto?Yesterday actually. I stripped out most of my additions to my TD4, and started preparing it for sale.
Oh and I bought a Tongs green 1.8 XEi CAT N insurance write off as a replacement for my SE. Hopefully it'll be a suitable replacement for the next year or so.

True.At least it'll stay in the right gear!!!![]()
Thanks. A new gearbox fault has appeared now. It was fine yesterday, but this morning it's going to F4 after a couple of yards. The only thing I did between then and now, was remove the centre console so I could fit the original radio. Maybe my fault is in the gear selector area? I'm going to pull it out, so I can take a closer look at the circuit board mounting on it.Good luck with the new one Nodge
True.

That's always the worry, especially as vehicles age. It's always a worry when doing jobs and you have to remove components to do other things.
Bummer. My fuel pump didn't prime when I refitted the assembly.
At least it was easy to fix.Fortunately the connector was a bit dodgy.
I'm hoping so, although I strongly suspect that it's got 2 faults now.Maybe a check of the selector might resolve your long standing issue and hopefully you've just been led up the garden path at the gearbox end

So do I Rob. I'm going to remove the gear selector mechanism, so I can take a good look at the circuit board. I'm beginning to suspect a bad solder joint on the board somewhere.Hope you can track down an easy-to-correct fault Nodge
but am looking forward to seeing pictures of the new one!![]()
