Have you the means to heat the bolts prior to their removal ?
I would also suggest a smear of copperslip on the head and the shoulder and some low shear locktite (222) on the threads.
This will keep out the moisture so the bolt won't sieze onto the caliper body and will both hold fast and be easy to remove.
I've coated the unthreaded section in copper slip and used locktite. Heads coated in thick Lanoguard grease

Nightmare job. Trouble with using in an area like that you will need to do that on a regular basis.
How's the chassis holding out?
Chassis was replaced a few years ago with a Richards Galv chassis whih was then treated with black Raptor paint. Its holding up well with no signs of corrosion anywhere. Bulkhead also galvanised and lower sections painted with white Raptor. All exposed bolt heads underneath the vehicle are coated in thick Lanoguard grease on a regular basis which really helps

Did a bit of cutting out to fit the new rear crossmember.
Think I got lucky with the rest of the chassis, still got most of the paint on it and only light surface rust.
Pretty good for a 25 yr old chassis I reckon.
Going to give it lots and lots of protection internally and externally to try to preserve it.

Fixed the front left indicator- and hopefully crimped the fitting tight enough it won't move again.

Found a way to prop up my phone so I could video the rear lights.... now to figure out why the reverse and fog lights are not working!

Chasing a few oil leaks, not sure where they are coming from, engine and transfer box oils. New gasket for the box sump and a Cork conversion gasket for the 200 sump. New rubber hose from the cyclone to the sump and a new valve cover gasket . Fresh oils and filters all round.

Latest eBay purchase, a job lot of carling switches and some volt and amp gauges on a raptor dash panel for a good price! 😁

Check out the intermediate shaft front seal on the transfer box, very common.
Replaced my son's and the one one mine. Bit time consuming but satisfying if it stops the leak, which it did.
Saying that I still have one to trace on the transfer box. Might change the sump gasket when I change the oil, not convinced though.

Found out all the dash illumination bulbs have blown. Must have power as the interior light still works.
Ordered some led replacements.
Early starts all week as on hols so will be fun.

Used the 90 for a trip to the tip. Before anyone asks, I didn’t leave it there!

My latest eBay purchase arrived in the post, much to the annoyance of Mrs K, who was asking too many questions about when I bought it and more so when I intended to spend time fitting it! 🙄

Spent too long chasing a weird error on my fog lights. There is a problem in the wiring between the steering column and fuse box I can't understand.
So am giving up and fitting a clearly labelled bodge at the fuse box it so it passes the MOT equivalent... I never use fog lights anyway, no fog here!
