Axle oil change now due, so had a tweak of the filler plug before diving in. Stupid plastic thing, it moves a little, but feels like it will shear in half when I come to undo it. Thought better of it and ordered some brass replacements before I go any further!

Thanks RBoshuis.

The van currently has +2" suspension lift with +5 shocks and dislocation cones.
Heavy duty front and rear bumpers
Front winch
Snorkel
Modular wheels and 31" tyres
Straight through exhaust with side exit

Also have 35" simex's that I'd like to get fitted this year once I've got new rims and extended arches.

blimey, i've got some catching up to do with u lot, lol

Found and fixed my ac leak need to regas it to see if my fix works, small hole in a pipe under a poxy pipe clip that's meant to keep it fixed in place.

changed all filters on the D3, noticed a tear in the dust cover on the rear air strut, and need a new outer CV boot

I replaced the rear wiper arm because it hit the rear window rubber surround. The new one does too so I think the problem might be a bent rear door. Never noticed before but the spare tyre sits at a slightly jaunty angle...

Fitted a snorkel. Fairly easy job to do just painful making holes in the wing

ooohhh, that looks good, would also be sweating in having to cut a hole in the wing

bet ur heart rate was pounding as u cut the hole

often wondered about fitting one, but with the amount of electronics fitted i know i wouldn't ever go deeper than the sills on mine

will u have to fit the struts as a pair, know there quite expensive at £200 quid each

i've got a drop over a 24 hr period on the passenger front strut but will test to see if it's the strut or pipe first

will then take all the brakes apart, most likely replace all the discs, pads and brake hoses

how u finding working on the D3 plse

I've bought a new dust cover for the strut, so hopefully once I've fitted that all will be ok, so no need for new strut, as I'm not loosing any pressure.
Working on the D3 is quite straightforward for the mechanical things( there just nuts and bolts)
It's the auto electric I struggle with

Started on saggy and moldy headliner project. Painting the headboard instead of new lining.

Hope it looks good when finally in. Didn't have the time to finish today, so more to do tomorrow.
