fob works fine, unlocks the doors, but the drivers door catch has obviously gone on holidayAs ^^^ neglect they know how to get their own back.
Open the passenger door and see whats needed to get the door card off and you will soon be left with 2 choices.
Both include destroying something.
What your fobbie no workie.
Good luck.

the key works in the lock too, obvoiusly the opening mechanism thats gone awol
As a last resort, it's possible to cut the latch bar to get it open.fob works fine, unlocks the doors, but the drivers door catch has obviously gone on holiday

That would be the least damaging, cheapest option. As a last resort, it's possible to cut the latch bar to get it open.
i'm hoping i'll be able to use a bit of wire, but its strange that both internal and external links have gone at the same time.. i'll have to have a good look at raveAs a last resort, it's possible to cut the latch bar to get it open.
had another look at this just now. without taking any tension off the belt, i can wiggle the small idler pulley at the top and hear it move, surely thats not right? you can see in the pic its lighter in colour, presumably where its not got the same pressure on the belt

Okay kermit. If I can help just let me knowThanks I'll have a look at the weekend if it's dry
It's unlocked but the inner and outer handles appear to be disconnected from the opening mechanismUndo the screws on door card handle etc. with a bit of luck you might be able to reach the latch. Then try manual operation or apply 9-12v to motors to see if it unlocks ? Maybe the connections are bad ? If it’s super locked with failed motors then it’s cut latch bar time.
