i always use waze, also now owned by google, but routing and traffic data seems better/more accurate (most of the time)

Lots of running around yesterday. Wife and her sister into Sheffield for Strictly Come Dancing show there and back plus pick ups and drop offs. Warm and toasty in the old P38 all day. THEN got down to arena and picked them up, started up and freezing air from right hand blowers. Been in there before and left it set up to use a 9volt battery to drive blend motor. NO joy so plugs Hawkeye in I had with me. Permanent r/h blend motor fault and stuck it gives me. Take everyone home and me, missis home. My side bloody cold. This morning tried battery again and motor moves a fraction each way and thats it. Took motor off and blend flap moves freely. Fitted spare motor I always keep and voila heat and all OK again. Stripped old motor to find it seized, so thats a job for another day. Why does it always have to be a cold wet night when these things happen

Took her for another nice long drive. She now has a 'new' door lock, so I can head to Glasgow! She has new tailgate and bonnet struts. Tailgate was not really needed but bought both sets from PowerfulUK so both were changed. Found out the windscreen wiper fitments are different to all other L322s......................................... well of course they bloody well are. So new wiper blades need ordered.
Had the tailgate trim refitted, after issues caused elsewhere . Oh and a nice new high level brake light.
And the saga of the CD player continues
Oh and also got her hand washed by some nice chaps, working in dreadful temperatures.
