I'm guessing the 2.5 DT uses metric bolts. Doubt ARP do studs for them, but you never know ?

Best to get a new set of stretch bolts.
 
Fitted some shiny new rear light units (and a shiny new gently-personalised plate) and replaced the roof aerial so now the SatNav is finally working.

The less said about getting the lenses off the front lights, the better. I’ll have to have another go at that…

Does anyone know what’s the latest navigation DVD/CD-Rom I can buy to put in my ‘07 FFRR please?

That's new! I thought the most recent map for the L322 was 2014/5
 
I bought one for my L322, worked fine - chucked it in my lads L319 when I sold the L322, also worked fine (well it would, same Denso system!)
The last 'official' disc was 14/15, the later ones were transcoded from other LR maps into a format that earlier units would be happy with.
