How do you remove the silver panel then?
6x T20 screws from underneath.

* Pop out the side trims (upwards) remove 1x T20 on each side
* Open centre console and remove 2x T25 then lift out the storage box disconnecting the 12v and MMI this will give you access to 2x T20.
* Remove the small plastic trim below the clock to gain access to2x T20 on the front of the great trim. Might be easier to remove the piano black trims on the side toga access to the back the clips, I used a small hook but mine was broken already.
* Lift up the whole grey section with cup holders and gear selector.
* Disconnect the wiring plugs and lift it out as one piece then strip it on the bench.

That's worse than my '95!

You've only gone and done it🤪
I wonder if I'll regret it, I have wanted one again, I know I never properly enjoyed the manual ones I had after my red one, barly remember how it drove and felt being 11 years ago now,
I did have a breif look at it last night, it had an eas kicker in the glove box so tried that, the compressor kicks in for a second then stops, if its manually ran its weak as anything, its quite a smokey start with the glowplugs that don't work and comes out infront of a rear wheel so i dare say its melted the air pipe and ran the compressor too much,
Im away to florida for 2 weeks next week so apart from ordering brakes and mabye get them 2 bits at the rear of the sills done and find diag to speak to it if seen that rsw will speak to the eas and abs it wont get touched till im back,
If i can get it roadworthy October/November il probably run it a bit over winter and keep the l322 inside,

Well the guys at Gibsons have done it again 👍. Little big jobs to keep her going, front brake pads, ebc green stuff and front discs, rear arm thingies, not got receipt to hand so can't remember correct name 😂. CD player removed and replacement fitted, and a couple of other things that I don't remember right now.. Sunroof and blind that have been playing silly beggars for months,,decided to stop playing silly beggars when I was showing the guys the issue 🤦‍♀️🤣
By the time MoT arrives in November she will have 2 new front tyres and new rear brakes.
She'll get a hand clean on the way home tomorrow. Then if weather holds a quick rinse off and wax on Saturday.

Okay so i couldn't help myself, used the workshop compressor filled the tank through the dryer line, and put the kicker on and shes up, plugged the compressor back in and now it fires again automatically, it not very level but enough to leave air in the system and pull the realy to see if it drop, iv had a little drive up and down the yards private road, excuse the poor photo skills but i was all happy with myself

So today she's still down at the back. But its not dropped from what it adjusted too when parked lastnight, (although thats what it lowered too set in motorway height) so looks like its not feeding a leak, atleast i know with another compressor and computer im not going to burn out a replacement compressor pointlessly,
cant actually see any visable cracking on the bags, both rear shocks are snapped off at the bottom another jobby but no biggie,
I also found my exhaust blow by the passanger rear wheel Im missing the left side back box 🤣
bushes on the long control arms ( i cant remember the name) look good, front balljoints feel okay, steering links feel good and no play, front anti rollbar D bushes need done, one i have noticed and call me stupid if you wish but don't these have a rear anti roll bar?

If the rear has dropped with the relay out, there is a leak somewhere.

If that's what it leveled too, before you took out the relay there's some height sensor/leak issue. If the relay was out and you came back to that you have a leak/s.
Bags often dont show leaks or look bad until they are all the way up. Pump it up and get the squirty bottle out (free check). It will need some diagnostics, but its cheap to get hold of for the EAS, unless you go the whole hog and get a Nanocom.

No anti roll bars on the rear as standard. I have 1 on my OF fitted when it was converted.

Looks a tidy little project to keep you busy though:D.

Sorry @Datatek and @marjon long story short I inflated it high manually, then used the eas kicker it registered it was at wading height and kept the eas out fault mode then i asked it to lower to motorway height which it did and parked up and thats the height it was at, turned off and removed the relay under the seat and its stayed where it was left when parked without relay in for 12hours.

That don't look like motorway ht to me. so at the very least calibration needs sorting to see where you are.
Cos the back looks on or almost, on the stops.
But it can all be sorted.

So i think it need a pair of diffs. Over 30 mad rumbles and both diff inputs move up and down a lot 😅😅 they look cheep enough 2nd hand though
