Saint let me know if you go for it again i'll bring the P38 down to tow you :p:p

(was that by Frensham Ponds?)

Haha...lucky I have my own P38 to tug me out if it goes pear shaped...

No, it was a short splash through the River Bourne by Chobham Village, tucked out of the way behind the village!

looked at it thought you will work one of these days instead of being a glorified tool shed and took my pajero out instead :p:D

You know across Frensham ponds there's a BOAT across the heathland and at the other end a land with a splash chance ?

Byway Map

On the wet roads list, it is Castle Green...I'd say the depth gauge is a tad erroneous as can be seen in the second Vid...it reads 1.5 feet but is closer to 2'....and yes the angle into it is a bit sharp hence the bow wave!

Think I might have to check out the Frensham Pond route one day!!

Booked it in to the garage this afternoon for a new rear exhaust section because, in the great words of one bridge maintenance man...:

Silicone the heads of the screws on the scuttle too.

Did you find the cause of your oil pressure warning you had a while back? You might have posted but I must have missed it.

I got a new oil pump fitted. Should have just taken a day off and fitted it myself as the mechanic is a busy man and had it for five weeks! Despite the lack of use it started on the button post layup and yesterday after sitting at tbe airport for eight days.
