So, early start today as after being away for six months arrived home yesterday and needed to get the beast out today. Checked all the fluids and a quick visual inspection, right hand front a bit soft but no issue. Battery on Turned the key and as always first crank away it went that lovely V8 growling into action. Left the door and tailgate open while I got out the compressor and put some air in the tyre and then topped off the rest. Now the time for truth, closed the tail gate and hit the wade height level on the suspension leaving the window open closed the door and stood back to watch that beauty of motion lift straight up and off the axel stands to full height perfectly. Big smile on face climbed in reset all the widows and sunroof drove to the nearest fuel station and topped off the tank with 82 litres of 95 for the princely sum of £31 so drove off from the with an even bigger smile. Oh the joys of owning a V8 in Russia.
Cool beans maaan:cool:
Glad to hear you got home safe and sound. ;)

If outside storage is possible temporary solution you can fit 2 in my garden. Is long way though. So long as their not wider than a P38 with mirrors folded in they will fit, be safe and worst they can do is give me a notice to get them out which will bide you time?

Been ringing round any and all opportunities.. couple of leads to try tomorrow and waiting on a few calls back!! I've found outside space for my 2A if i can keep it dry or will rot over winter!! The s1 is just a chassis and boxes of bits so not an outside option :(
