When I was taking Otto's heads off, most of the bolts were T-bar and 3 feet of piping and needing my full weight / pull to shift. But there were a couple each side which seemed barely finger tight. Hoping the stud kit will be more consistent, especially with settling time between each stage of tightening.
Studs are ALWAYS better..

worth the money in every case.

Well, I did all the checks as well, going down to Stevenage on Monday, 320 miles round trip, she hasn't been driven for the last week, fuel problems.
Here in West Yorkshire, things have now gone back to normal, so filled up for the trip, should get there and back on a full tank, can't wait.

It has a charge of 12.6v however it can't even spin over a lawnmower engine!!!!

Disappointed as it has never been discharged or damaged in any way, it has just suddenly died, only 1 year old too!

Should be still in warranty, get a claim in pronto, the one I have in guaranteed for 5 years, only cost £100 too.

That seems normal, oddly enough. I wonder if we all had noted which were the loose ones if they'd be the same ones.

You sure it's fully charged? 12.6 volts does not mean it's fully charged. What voltage does it drop to when attached to your lawnmower?

Hiya Keith.

I've charged it on my charger for 24hrs, it shows 12.8v however it still barely cranks the rangie over..

On my tractor it stays at 12.6 as it does on the P38..

It's like the CCA's have disappeared! ;)
