I'm buying my next Landy from these guys alsoHad my newly aquired set of 5 Comet 18 inch alloy wheels/tyres back from the refurbisher's yesterday. Brand new now and super sparkly. New set of centre caps too fit also. I just need the actual car now to fit them to along with all my other genuine P38 external extra's. LOL.
Had another update from the dealer and things are nearly done now. They had a few set back problems which they have had to put right ( extra bonus to me ) a new windscreen ( Genuine item ) is being fitted too ( double bonus ) and after sorting out all the A/C system to 100% work he said the fault book came on again and they diagnosed dicky blend motors so they are being done too ( triple bonus to me ) so just the final full valet and machine polish and fresh M.O.T done and he should be ringing me to deliver finally. Its been nearly 3 month wait now but that has played in to my hands really so i am not bothered at all by the delay.
Who is that then mate????I'm buying my next Landy from these guys also
But have they delivered it yet?Who is that then mate????
Did you get the tw@t's number? Some stupid **** in a toyota rav 4 grazed my front bumper today when I was at work..
No damage has been done to the plastic but the corner of the bumper had been shoved in slightly, annoying isn't the word..
There isn't a panel on this thing that hasn't got a dent on it..

Gave it some beans yesterday, temp went down from 93c to 87!! It's my water pump generally not pumping fast enough?
Are there different size pulleys available? The one that's on is large enough it's difficult to get the belt on because it's so close to the crank pulley at the bottom

Take the overflow pipe off the radiator, fill the header tank then squeeze the top hose and plug the overflow with a finger when releasing the hose so it sucks coolant in and blows air out when you squeeze the hose. Keep doing that until coolant comes out of the overflow (it'll take a while and you'll need to top the header up a few times). Then put the pipe back on and carry on only this time plug the hole in the top of the header where the jet of coolant comes back into the header. Eventually, you'll no longer be able to hear bubbles in the system and at that point you know you've got the air outSeems to run hotter than i think it should below 2000rpm..
