I rebuilt the 90 in my avatar after I slipped on black ice and planted it in a tree!
Galv chassis and bulkhead and all the bits.
Three years and one month later a BMW M5 rips my back axle off, damaging the chassis in the process!
At least the insurance paid out the agreed valuation quickly.

Just driven passed a nasty shunt ... boy racer type driven up the chuff of a parked car, ended up halfway in the boot ...

Low sun and too much speed did it for this guy ...on an uphill blind bend ...

I hate tractor wide lanes I've had a few cars approach me at speed in the past, so how did it happen? did the BMW come from behind and pushed u out of the way and spinning around.

Presuming you are shaken but not stirred? That is no injuries?
Has it pulled the trailing arm off the axle? Looks like it from the second picture. How's the trailing arm bracket on the chassis? Is that the part of the chassis you are talking about? :(

The guy hit me in the side ( a glancing blow ) he went in under the drivers door and out the back.
Threw the 90 into the air and spun the back end into the hedge.
Damaged the trailing arm brkt, tore the axle mount off, dented the chassis and bent the rear cross member.
Hurt ribs and mild whiplash.

Feel really sorry for ya about that, mate! :( Typical idiot driving of a BMW! Real shame, especially after all the work, but looks lucky you weren't more seriously hurt

Pleased you're not too badly hurt. As Turboman says, it could have been a lot worse in terms of personal injury.
New galv chassis needed from insurers. If the rear cross member is bent it must have damaged the tub too surely?
Was the BMW driver a PITA or ok about it? You might not be able to discuss it if it is being contested.

In my experience all the 90 drivers are heavy footed, poor BMW was probably tootling along after church service

Thank goodness you where in a trattor. Hate to think what it would have done to a fiat 500.
Glad your only suffering from whiplash, strained wrists, a sore back, the inability to be matrimonialy active, depressed and suffering insomnia. I doubt you will even break ten grand.
;)

On a more positive note the scourge of Sedgley Park may have written his Orthodox Jewish people carrier off today up the back of the number 135 to Piccadilly.
