Look forward to seeing the next change then, so far the farthest i've got with me disco is removing the LPG and getting a f-ing expensive trailer.....

Roll cage and rear space frame before Easter I hope....

Welded inside and out on the bench then cleaned up and welded on :D




Just gotta drill and weld in a plug and shes done :) 1 more to do :)

Ill send them for shotblasting tomorrow and hopefully have them ready for shafts on wednesday :)
 
Shes beefy :D contemplating wekding a plate under the diff but I might make a bolt on one like yours sam that will help protect the prop too :)

Yeah took me almost half an hour to get it centred, I got it to within 2mm straight away that last bit was a pita haha

Yeah bung works well just gotta hope its right as its not coning off now :D

Nahh just thick ass mig, pushing about 180 amps into it shes well penetrated, I veed the sides too so its quite a wide weld :)

The main bit of the pan was 8mm 9 inch tube that we had lying around :) the side parts are 6mm that I bemt with a combination of the press and artistic use of a hammer :p
