Replace spring isolator rings ANR2938.C8 O/S Rear √
Weld repair section into big cross member
Repair outriggger
Repair and paint and underside of chasssis on N/S
Clean prep and paint rear trailing arm brackets - replace if required √
Replace bump stop bracket
reinforce bump stop
buy and install extended stops (Gwyn)
bonda primer all the above
Drill axle plate for retainer bracket √
2 x new retainer brackets √
finish fuel tank cradle (2 tabs)
tidy up behind outrigger repair - small plate
seam seal every joint
corroless
REAR AXLE
Remove Rear trailing arm √
Remove A frame fulcrum √
Remove rear brakes (drain) √
Remove hub √
Remove Half Shafts √
Remove prop from rear diff and hang √
Remove rear diff √
Drop axle casing and move √
Wire brush back axle casing √
Paint A Frame Arms √
insert A Frame poly bushes √
Paint rear radius arms √
Paint rear axle √
Replace rear brakes - paint centres √
Replace rear hub seal kit √
Install new timken bearings √
refurbish calipers (SS pistons & seal kit needs o ring)
Replace pads
A frame poly bushes
rear radius arm bushes (poly) √
Install rear axles with links
New brake pipes and unions
install rear shocks
buy new a frame fulcrum and bolts √
Clean brackets and install mud shields.
fit brake pipe clips

FRONT AXLE
put Front of car on axle stands
remove wheels
remove brakes
remove hubs
Remover half shafts
Remove Radius Arms
Inspect and dissemble swivel and CV
Replace brakes - paint centres
Replace hub seal kit
Install new timken bearings
rebuild calipers
Replace pads
Paint front radius arms
Install new bushes on radius arms

BODY
Weld in new alpine window surround NS REAR √
Weld in new alpine window surround OS REAR
New boot floor and rear cross member
Weld in new arch on N/S and tie into boot
Paint all of the above
Re-install rear quarters
Re-install brake lights
tape loom and secure
buy sticky strips and seal for above
Remove O/S rear quarter
Weld/repair inner panel
Repair C pillar O/S
fit new cross member
Inspect and repair alpine window N/S Rear √
Inspect and repair alpine window O/S Rear
Weld in new outer arch
Inspect and replace sill mounted body mount N/S √
Inspect and replace sill mounted body mount O/S
Weld in froggats panel for the above
Weld and repair new arch
Tie into boot floor
remove front seats
Remove paint from floor
sweep and clean all
clean back sills
weld in new floor sections where applicable
tie in to sills
Paint all of the above
inspect and repair b pillars
Paint over repairs
Repair inner wings
Repair front arches
replace/repair front body mounts
Paint all of the above
new sender plate and bolts
wheel arches rear
fix rear door (xmember related?)
Clean and repair top of windscreen

ENGINE/MECH
TBC - ENGINE PULL???!
Drain main oil
drain all coolant
remove rad
remove cambelt and ancillaries
remove thermostat
remove waterpump
replace cambelt with upgraded kit
new w pump
new coolant
new oil
new oil filter
new fuel filter
connect sedimenter
gearbox oil
transfer box oil
diff oil
new sepentine belt
New fuel tank pipe
valve clearances
new brake lines
steam and cillit bang bay
check wading kit (breather on belt cover??
clutch bleed and fluid
new stat

INTERIOR
repair centre console
repair loose bits of dash panel
clean dash
replace steering wheel
re-cover headlining
mud pod with egt, coolant temp & coolant alarm. (MHM did P38 tidy mod to header)
 
As per my other thread I split 1st rear caliper. James and disco said this was fine but rave does say not to. If it's good enough for them it's good enough for me.
@Disco1BFG the o ring out of it actually looks in mint condition. Reckon it's worth sourcing and changing anyways? I think your right in that none of the kits come with it now. Some pictures show it on lr direct but then your can select the bearmach or whatever that I don't think it's included within if that makes sense.

you can reuse the seal if its in good nick and protrudes well above the recess,so you know its going to be compressed
This was my thought James the o ring sits nice and proud and it spotless. I went for the stainless pistons Too. These will be no effort to rebuild. I did Scooby ones last and they were a pig!
