Yes but I don't have one to start with......I tend to only work with things that need 1/4 or 1/2 so thats all I own for now!

No I need to make one up as it didn't come with one. Not hard to do just cut, drill and weld some steel into the right shape and bolt pattern

ffs if you cant feel that a bolts tight enough you shouldnt be working on vehicles

Well considering I rarely do clutches I cant be blamed for wanting to do it right.

Half shafts and hubs I know what feels right and I didn't need a wrench to check them as to me tight was tight on them.......knowing how tight a bolt should be isn't something I'm good at anyway as I don't have the lightest touch and would be more likely to over tighten by mistake

practise then ,hows bolt effect clutch its either too loose it will come undone or youve past its elasticity point so it wil become loose as its no longer tight or youve sheared it

Got the rad on and front number plate, gonna try and plumb it all up tomorrow so I can give it a good run as well as put the new starter on as the crap old one gave up on me today when I went to try and run it

Pics or it didn't happen :D:D:D

Not managed to do much today.....fitted the new high torque starter and wired it up to a button but need to remove it as the clearance on it is wrong. It engages the ring gear by about 3/4 instead of 1/2 across meaning it gets stuck to the ring gear as the engine runs.

Shims are in the post to me for it

Also got the wiper motor working and the interior lights too! As well as wiring up the fan which is a two speed set up :) 90* elbows are on the way to me for the rad and I've got some steel pipe for the straights

Doc wondered about that, starter will need to have a shim the same thickness as your adapter plate for the bell housing
