The manufacturer is wrong! It is the same shootingsomeone who comes to rob you!

The penalty would be the same as if you shot the ****er sith a shotgun!

The installation company are safe because YOU carry responsibility for its use.
to be honest the scumbags screams should alert you giving you the chance to beat him with a big stick and dump him somewhere.

What about a ships fog horn tucked somewhere inside the car as an alarm. Thief will have to fall out of the cab and curl up in pain on the floor as 200 odd decibels blast out.

Ryder, what would Mr. Plod think about a metal gear knob with a glow plug on the end of it, stuffed inside the gear lever, with a pressure activated switch under the seat? Of course it would have a hidden isolater.

I have just checked.... the rules of causality or whatever the technical term is...still apply...

As far as I can see... when someone wants to stela your vehicle you are expected to hand it over and trust in their good nature to return it undamaged.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that a flask of Liquid ice poured over anti theft device applied then hit with a hammer would shattter the device

Think you've been watching too many Terminator movies

Yes a flask of Liquid Nitrogen. trickled slowly over a piece of steel "Might eventually lower the temperature of the steel, to the point that it becomes so brittle. A sharp blow with an hammer would break it. But I doubt that chucking the flask at a disclock and hitting it would do very much at all
