hi, my p38 diesel lower timing chain snapped, i have stripped the engine and dont seem to have any damage, got a new chain with the bright links which goes to one on the crank pulley (which is there) and one onto the injector pump pulley which i seem to be missing, got the number 4 and 6 both with arrows to them, does anybody know what i should do next because i am becoming slightly frustrated now, any help gladly taken.

the missing dot is your 4 or 6 depending how many cylinders you have, if it's six you use that as your timing mark on the pump
