Is that where your torque elbow clicks? in which case you have younger elbows than me87NM? I'll try that.
It might if it had ripped through the aluminium thread & wedged in, which is what I was dreading. It was never gonna be tight in there as you had just screwed it in (unless you used a different bolt and bottomed out).
I know but when you trust someone on YouTube who "seems" to know what they're doing you assume they're right. I thought if he's confidently posted that torque setting and he himself torqued his pulley bolts up like that on camera and he had no issues, then what's the problem. There are few things that actually need a torque wrench, with experience. I wouldnt have used 1 in this case TBH.
Haha. But where was that torque setting from?23NM 23NM 23NM 23NM 23NM 23NM

I've been filming, yes so I'll definitely mention him before I finishDid you make a vid to say I followed this "guy" and look what happened.
Or screw something in an ole that has been overdone before, then think "oh thats tight enough"You have to strip a thread or two to learn your feels.... It still can happen and thank God for helicoil kits![]()
It depends if the hole that hath been stricken demands an original size bolt-th..Never heard of them. I'll invest in one. Can one just use a tap 'n' die set, wot wot wot...
There are many vids out there, and they are great to see how stuff comes apart or goes together, if I need to watch.
But once seen it gives info to check things like when they give specific numbers.

Preaching to the clicking elbow ownerAlmost all torque settings are in RAVE and there are generic ones in there to cover anything they miss. Sometimes it puts a value in the section text but sometimes you have to check the section at the start.
