Cor - you kept going until 1am! I went to bed just after you got the pulley nut off and thought you might have called it a day soon after. Well done for keeping on going!

Ian.
Did you need a puller at all? I had to fabricate a puller to get my tdi pulley off. I guess every engine is different - and it depends who was the last person to have their greasy mits on it!
Thought you were meant to be taking the missus out???
Personally I'd have used a larger diameter pipe, maybe an A-bar and some spots as an add on?
I'm on the look out for a larger diameter pipe to ' slot ' over the existing tbh, i went for what was at hand, but i understand what you mean
aye I meant no offence, but a "beefier" pipe would look great, tis a good job done though

I have a piece of previous bullbar which i'm considering welding to the top as a shallow A frame, i may even turn the ends of the bumper upwards slightly anorl to give a more pronounced A.
pete at moonraker 4x4 made mine for me
i just told him i wanted it as high and as far back as possible
wot this oneThat's the one, although I remember it on an orange 90(which was a better pic of the bumper) ... now that is an awesome looking bumper, and what I was on about Paul lol.
wot this one
Well in Paul, I always think it's more rewarding when you make and build your own stuff.
Just make sure there is nothing that will catch a pedestrian and rip them apart if struck, (as if a Landy won't mess them up anyway:doh but VOSA might be ****'s if you had a prang.
