Very impressed. Do you know how much you spent? I bet it's one of few that is like profitable haha

Not added up the parts up yet but probably under 10k, But if you add labour and its definitely not profitable. But at least I know its all correct and no hidden faults or surprises .

Been out for a 2hr test and sort tonneau from Trent covers at Harby .Car ran well accelerator slightly hesitant due to over tight mounting.
While travelling from A46 to Harby I was followed by a 110 and a green 90 with white roof had a little convoy, wonder if they are on here.
Will post pics when cover is made a week on Saturday.

Exmoor carpet set started to be fitted today,
Been in the carpet and flooring trade 30 years and not impressed with the quality of the cuts for the price.

Tonneau made at Trent Covers, Harby, Leicestershire. Made while I waited on Saturday morning, chap was very nice and kept making me tea :D

Yes its PVC although I could have had anything, wife did not want cloth as she used to have a MG Midget and did not like the fact the Black Mohair faded and was hard to clean.
Not had any flapping or noise at 70 it has four 1/4 turn fixings on the rail behind the cab and between the spare wheel also has bars under it.
At less than £100 +vat I think its good value

Bungee came with it. could have had eyelets but wanted to avoid any excess scratching so had cut-outs instead.

I am so impressed with you rebuild and the write up you have done. Its really inspirational to the rest of us as well as being very interesting.

looks really good, can see how many hours you've put into this rebuild

what ever u do, don't add up the receipts , otherwise it will mean the loony bin, lol

thumbs up buddy

You have to fill in a questionnaire sheet, listing what you have bought or had fitted, then supply 5 pictures. Send it back they will then decide if your figure is realistic and either agree or give a different valuation.

I was looking at the sets the other day none of them seem like too good a fitting! Actually contemplating making (getting someone else to stitch me) a leather seatbox cover could cut to suit for one. Surprised noone has tried. If turns expensive might try getting a carpet fitted rarther than the sets
Very impressed with finish by the way :p
