Oooh someone pm'd me channel searched window channel and I think I've found the part! It's looks something like. No idea how they come out though haha

Looks beautiful... have you painted the headlight surrounds? If so what did you use?
Only put them on temporally, if you look closely you will see where the previous owner used non stainless screws to fix them and the rust has run. They will be painted in Santorini Black 2K paint as soon as I can get them prepped.

I'm thinking of replacing mine as they are a bit faded and crusty and I was going to paint them as they will look better and be easier to maintain than the rough plastic... I will be watching to see how you do yours.

Bonnet dropped on ready for setup

What setup issues, if any, did you have with the Puma bonnet? Looking better by the day!

Aluminium ? Puma bonnets are Steel ! Copies are glass
Only have to offset the Radiator reservoir, apart from that they are a straight fit

Foxy are you using an AC extended grill or normal flush fit? The second hand one I got only seems to have the four top fixing holes and I'm assuming there should be some lower fixing points? Joys of filled fiberglass

Picky, picky. :D Not too many genuine Puma bonnets here in Ireland  And, for those of us who are on pensions, cheep plastic is just the job. :p

I've heard the cheap plastic ones end up being expensive plastic ones for not taking paint, or it coming off and obviously gets damaged easier as fibreglass
Not sure how much cheaper though I got mine mates rates

Nothing wrong with the glass bonnets, they just need more care when painting due to the moulding process. They are not much cheaper than genuine when all the preperation work has gone into them. But its anyone's guess which will look best for the longest amount of time

Don't know about td5 as mine is 200tdi

I have had mine painted and the finnish is good. I also have the more expensive double skin model which should prove to be much stronger, and will flex less than the single skin version. The quality of the gellcoat was so good that I did consider fitting it without painting. The gellcoat was black and I painted black anyway .

Looks great :D
A good thing about a cab that size is it's stays warm in the winter ;)
