Yeah MHM thats looks "about" right mate ...Eeerrrrr Maybe a little more "round" in ALL THE WRONG PLACES!!!!! (not much mind, just a tad here & there !!!!)

She looks just like my ex wife, two arms, two legs and a head. That's where the likeness ends.

Quick update - First off - I bloody would, she looks rather nice to me but then I am only a young pup lol.

The Traders solicitor called me on Friday after a supposed meeting, he comments were that he has recieved my latest letter and that the matter needs resolving asap, I just said yes indeed it does as if by next thursday I havent had confirmation of my money back, a court summons will be issued.

He said that doesnt need to be the case it will be resolved.

We will see!!!!

You have his goolies in a pair of Mole Grips, he has no choice but to refund although he might try more delaying tactics. The bigest danger is he decides to put the business into receivership:eek: Thats why you need to keep the pressure up.

No doubt the solicitor will try to get it finished with as quickly and cheaply as possible for his client.

If you get any more phone calls, say you have taken legal advice and would be willing to resolve the matter without going to court providing you are in a position of EQUITY.

equity legal definition of equity. equity synonyms by the Free Online Law Dictionary.

what this means is your no better or worse off than before you entered the contract to buy the vehicle.

Any offer you would like in writing (costs trader another £50) and you have written copy of refund offered.

Cheers Chaps, given the cars he still has for sale I think recievership is unlikley as he will loose to much.

More excellent info from Fanatic!!!!

looks like some positive news, fact solicitor involved-looks like trader will buckle and aim for cheapest way to resolve it.

If the solicitor trys the fancy keep it and partial refund, push for full refund as the contract you entered into is void as misrepresented key facts that were part of the contract.

If the solicitor tries to say contract is voidable and offer partial refund/solution-do not agree.

Still progress on horizon.
