It's getting there mate, is that the re-build engine and auto box you've had for a while?

Also try not to kill Mike, he's gonna fit my alarm next week lol

Huge arches for more flex. Other alternative is big body lift which obviously isnt ideal from a gravity point of view. Look at pics of discos under a high amount of articulation and youll see the first place they bind up is the rear arches. The 4x2 box is for the new rear body crossmember and to use to make the rearmost bodymounts due the original ones going to make way for the rear winch tray. The small 1" sq box is support for the rear floor as the Original one is ridged to aid strength. The flat plate we are using doesnt benefit from that so needs the platform underneath. They also give something for the rear arches to attach to.

Ooooo. Interesting! I originally was going to do that.. but wasnt sure about it as it would be hard to keep the disco shape wings

Gotta say fellas I've never seen so many crazy/smart ideas going into a disco, I'm genuinely impressed, this is a real custom build but with actual brains!

Su-####ing-perb :D

The last of the braces going in:

Tigerseal and thinners instead of seam sealer:

Mikey cutting out the floor section:

And the floor up there ready to be fitted. Its going to be removable so i can get access to the top of the ball joint, the rear winch, the chassis top for cleaning etc...
