The outer wings will stay its the inner wings we are removing!

Right, my issue is with it was bolting the 2 together as the wings are an odd shape unlike the defenders.. lots of curves, cant wait to see what you do with it.

I was thinking yesterday that perhaps the reason you have such wide arches is that you're aiming for lots of tuck, kind of repeated where you say you're chopping the front inner wings but leaving the outers, I assume your using fairly high offset wheels so that the whole tyre can disappear deep inside the arches.

37s and no rub on a fairly low disco, noice :D

The outer arches will be severely cut with the addition of wide defender arch spats so don't think they're staying standard lol

So the load area is pretty much done. Need to trim the stainless bolts down, and put a seal round the removable panel and also rubber line it. The inside will be lined with a truck liner type coating. We still need to seam seal all the welds and then schutz it underneath etc.

Having said that, when you've got the car on a 2 post it does help you to flex your imagination, doing it on your back with **** in your eyes just makes you wana get outa there ASAP

What I would do for some headroom in our workshop
