Got back at 2am this morning after leaving Morocco Sunday pm - will post some detail later - some I will post by email as a bit sensitive for open network - if you think the desert is arid and dry think again have never seen so much water and white/yellowy mud - like a waterfall from the sky massive flooding everywhere and roads washed out and this was well south into southern Morocco - after lots of trips with no trouble the 110 had quite a lot of problems - ever seen raging torrents and waterfalls in the desert!!.
You are such a stalker
everywhere i go you're there !!! my mates keep calling us twins
Bah, wish I'd never asked!
On fuel - if we are going no further south than Zagora/Tata then a normal 110 tank will be ok and a 90 might need an extra jerry can or two - but south of Assa/Samara we will need enough for around 900km - for me a normal tank plus a second tank carrying 40litres - more is better than less as you never know what conditions are going to be like.
LOL, you ask all the questions you need to ask. We don't want anyone to be disappointed.
Personally I would like to do the longer route if we have time

Just fitted a snorkel, JFC, what a palarva, done now, funny how some jobs take no time at all, and others that seem straight forward end up being a mission to the death.
Both myself and my mechanic friend have two weeks at Easter give of take a day or so booked off and cleared with our respective home offices.
Hope so, I've spent £20,000,I'm going to look a right tit, if the trip is off. Well, until I find somewhere else to go.
