Accy loves his landy so much he couldn't bear to be separated from it all weekend and used it instead of a camping chair

Ahh looks like you've had a great time guys. Gutted I couldn't make it this year. :( Stupid discovery build ha

You were missed this year but you are forgiven for taking on the awesome challenge with your Disco build.
It would be great to see it at LZ13 if you can get it there :D

just got back home ,a big thanks to everyone ,pity we couldn't have made it over on friday:)

Great to meet you again James, as 110W pointed out, a lot of people were talking about you coming down.

Brilliant weekend, first time attended, made to feel welcome , really enjoyed ourselves even the little man.
Great to meet more new faces, It's nice to see families with young kids enjoying the weekend.

The LZ bosses wishing the rain clouds away- and it worked ;)

That was torrential rain and Roy's tent was half built.... Great picture!

We're back, warm and fed and already falling asleep.
From me it's a massive thanks to all that organised the weekend. This year has been hectic for me so I literally turned up with some gear in a trailer and enjoyed the weekend.
110 Woman, Lakes Rob, Heidi, Johnnew, Funkykipper, PaulD, ListerDiesel, and all the others that put a lot of time and effort in, well done on organising a great weekend!!
The food van and the bar made this year so much better and hopefully they are already secured for next year.

Another big thanks to everyone who turned up, particularly those who mucked in with setting up and packing away. We would still be there without the help :D A good amount of money raised for a good cause and another occasion where we can be really proud of being a part of Landyzone.
I have a few pictures that I will upload if they are not too blurred...

Roys shiny bits.jpg

Rowan was rather taken by Roy's shiny bits :D
Also getting the hang of the LZ business...

Cake!
Thanks for a great time. Hopefully we will get there earlier next year and get to go out laning.

Cheers
Grebby

First time I have ever been laning of any kind, and took over from our son who had to go home to feed animals etc and we had made a promise to take Flossie's lady and daughters, so off we went.

Considering the Discovery was about as far from a laning vehicle as you could get, with road tyres, underslung gas tanks and front towbar, it did quite well, only getting properly stuck the once.

I think the girls enjoyed it, we certainly did!

Thanks to all for a great weekend, and Rita won a prize in the raffle :) :)

Awesome weekend thanks all! Pics to follow once i''ve grabbed pics of missy's fancy camera i've no idea how to work! :)
Fingers crossed i'll bring my leafer next year!

Many thanks to all the organisers for a great weekend.

And thanks again to the leaders of the Group 1 marathon laning session on the Saturday. My memory of names is up to the usual standard but hopefully you know who I mean!

And next year I am staying away from scratchy.

Home at last! Not quite in one piece, but all pieces retrieved. Pranged the Disco on a bollard making a U after 14 hours of driving, like a proper bellend. Nothing serious, just a mangled bumper (looking for an excuse to upgrade anyway), and no risk to anyone.
Thanks for waiting for us, had a great time despite not getting to meet as many of you as I'd have liked, already knackered when we got there, but good to see peeps. Young'un loved every minute, and had already dropped her off at time of aforementioned altercation, so all good :)
Will no doubt have a few pics to post once she sends them over, but for now, goodnight, and all the best.

Saw some of today's laners stopped on a bridge over the M1. Gave a toot but they were scratching heads and looking at maps.

Few photos from yesterday. Some are a bit blurred as I just pointed it back over my shoulder as we were bouncing along.

Bonus marks for guessing the model of Rob's blue Landy.
