How do you know the battery is fully charged? What voltage do you have at the battery terminals?

Maybe try another battery or
another vehicle with jump leads attached to rule out an under performing battery?

Battery minimum should be around 12.6v. the more modern cars are very sensitive to voltage and amperage than ever.
Is it possibly the original battery?

And if they tell you it wants a good charge replace it cos its knackered. Your better half still got her evoque @fucmeitsandy ?
Yes , she's still got her baby . Not had any issues , we've both just had new batterys . Hers was the original one 3 years old , mine on the p38 had lasted 10 !
