Key in the 8 figure code it gives me, "There has been an error. Your code number does not match your customer number."

Try the same card reader again, same scenario. Change to another card reader, same story.

Ring head office, she checks all the numbers she is allowed to which includes the customer number and the last 4 digits of the debit card, all correct.
So she doesn't get it either.
Still at least she told me the info I wanted.
Good thing I didn't want to transfer money.

Feeling very CBA about going outside and doing yet more gardening type work.
