Feel for you mate.;)

Our meadow will be left until next year, don't care how high it gets I'll pay some one to do it! Then fence part of it off and do similar!
Bathroom STILL to finish, won't happen this year.
Veggies constantly being picked but have far too many, freezing aubergines looks like being a pain and similar with courgettes.. W has made a fair bit of jambut usually makes a lot more.
Decided that we don't need to buy more logs but do need to cut the ones we have, or a goodly few, ready for when we come back.
The lights to the pool which have needed fitting, but which will be tricky cos the coping stones have a ridge, will also be left. At least the wires run under ground then up through the walls and out a hole drilled in the tops. I think we have about 8 of those to do.
W will maybe be pruning the fruit trees, one dead one still has to come down, or more likely it'll be me.
The stupidly high cypressia that we were going to top will also have to wait till next year too, when hopefully we will both be fitter.
I was going to repair the rear window mechanisms on W's car and change the timing belt, still dunno if I'll do that, it too may have to wait till we get back to blighty

Funny how we have very similar tasks to do!

And the older and more infirm you get the harder it all is.
Still can't complain, we chose this life! And still enjoy what we have.

(Oh and got to give the hens to the lovely bloke who takes them on each year.):):):):)

Morning All. :D
Absolutely nothing to report except my son is going to Germany for a week for a trade show and his ex-wife will be handing the monsters over to us on the Saturday morning before he comes home on the Sunday (it wasn't my idea). :)
It is going to be an "interesting" handover, she has avoided us ever since she moved out.
My trike building is at a standstill because I can't find my enthusiasm (lost it in the workshop somewhere perhaps). :(
But we live to fight another day. :D
