Found a disco I like, I knew I should have kept mine. :( At first I thought it was mine when scrolling through bgay.

I lay in until 9,25

Batteries needed recharging?

Here, it's blue skies with a light summery breeze. Forecast says strong winds up to 50mph later which has caused Goodwood to cancel today's FoS...there must be 50,000 really hacked off people.

One of them is a friend of my son who's travelled from the Alpes to Goodwood for today's event. Lord knows what he's going to do if the strong winds arrive. Chichester and surrounding areas will be rammed with people with out of control umbrellas, losing their fish n chips and cursing the great British weather :(

I'm not into D1's but that's a super smart looking device and must have cost a fortune to prep'. I always thought Oak Green type paint colours one of the finest looking superb on this D1, and VW Golfs, BMW 323i's, Porsche 911's, Audi Avants et al.

Blimey with all that I'm surprised it's not overweight

I think mine was 2.6t with all the gear on it the steel bumpers, bull bar, full rack, 6mm steel tank guard, tent awnings, it did
roll a fair bit until I uprated the arbs & polly bushed it & beefed up the shox n springs. It handled great...bit slow towing
a mini digger up hills but still handled it well. :)

Still in the big smoke as I’m off to a wedding shortly. Next door neighbour’s. Why they have to come all the way out here is anyone’s guess
Went in the lift earlier (in the number one Inn) and a ‘lady’ I know from Jura was already in. She going to the same wedding. Anyway the door shuts and she says ‘hi, are you going down?’
I replied ‘ I’ll make the jokes thank you’ 🤣🤣🤣

She gave me a furious look. But we’re still friends 😇😇

So did you.....

So we went and did some shopping this afternoon, AC in the car :vb-cold: . Had to get some salad stuff as run out of fresh, (no we don’t grow anything) so fully stocked and stopped for grub at our favourite place on way home:).

Sat outside writing this (2hrs ahead of most of you).
I wonder do I or not?;).

What is the reason behind not growing your own veg or keeping hen's I thought you had the space. Even only being here 6 months we do both and the veg come from both inside and outside the poly tunnel.
Different strokes for different folks and all that, and yes for the cost of a PT you could buy a lot of veg!
Also you wouldn't have to water it!
If it was up to me I'm not sure I'd bother but they do tast so much better fresh out of the ground or off the plant and onto your plate or in your pan!;)
