I don't know about @Turktowner but as my Qrisk is 30 they just said enjoy what you have left :homer:
Bloomin' cheek of them. How very dare they! Although I did have a work colleague who had very little work to do, was paid over the odds and was expecting to get "found-out" and done away with and his motto was "Every day is a bonus" and I kind of look at life the same way now. :D

I have had an "interesting" day struggling with Microsoft products. Too long and boring to go into in detail but the upshot is that I have prevailed and all is good. I has cost me a few bob, but I have got what I wanted in hte end after a lot of "faff". :D
I have dropped windows for Linux (minty build) and a Chromebook. Just fed up with their whole ethos tbh :)

Have they gorra target for how far they want yer blood pressure to drop? Have yer bin told to change yer diet and exercise more? Just wondering.
Well, since you mention it.. No.
Main priority seems to be gerrin it down ASAP and then I'll get the other stuff I guess. I'll get a text in a while to self test ferra week an report in. I has an ECG next week an more see bloods anorl. Must say am pretty impressed wif the service so far..
@My Old Landy an @Dan Clarke, as my colleague Martin says "waking up is always a bonus".
Carpe diem my friends. ;)

Happy buffday to Mrs Steamer hope shes feeling better. :):) Oh aye one the posh stuff too. 😜
We had booked to go out to dins, a fair old drive as well but her tum wasn't up to it so we cancelled.
Then she cooked a lovely chicken supreme all made from scratch and only managed a forkful.
But it didn't stop her quaffing the Moet or a 1/2 bot of Chardonnay and some cheese.
Her tum is a universe all to itself which it takes the USS Entreprise to discover. Not got there yet.
(She's been like this since she was a kid, to say nothing of allergies to fish and gluten.);)
But i made a good fire and she watched a girly fillum so she is happy.

I think that once you have received the "tap on the shoulder" your perceptions about what is really important changes. :)
