I am considering taking £5k out of my isa and buying bonds. The isa is rubbish and just a £25 win would be 10 times what it has made in the last few years.

Her take on things is that my upper back & neck is/was all locked up and my posture is being pulled out of whack.
A funny high-frequency "tens-like" machine that felt very hot on my skin; lots of slippery oil and finally hands-on kneading of the neck muscles.
My only moment of concern was when she slipped her hand down below my waistband in the direction of my bum. But we are all good.
She tells me I will feel like a million-dollars tomorrow. We shall see. £50.

Those that believe striking is the way to a 10% pay rise. Seemingly educated folk who should understand economics. Then, those tw@s who play the lentil box and protest at every event.
