..that I have just had a massage session from a very nice Geordie lass at the chiropractic clinic.
Her take on things is that my upper back & neck is/was all locked up and my posture is being pulled out of whack.
A funny high-frequency "tens-like" machine that felt very hot on my skin; lots of slippery oil and finally hands-on kneading of the neck muscles.
My only moment of concern was when she slipped her hand down below my waistband in the direction of my bum. But we are all good.
She tells me I will feel like a million-dollars tomorrow. We shall see.
Have booked another one for a months time.
