Went back to sawing the long cut and somehow wavered off the line. Enough to make me scrap the bit I had already trimmed to length.
Luckily it came from a bit that was v long so I have enough material to make another one, and I saw another mistake I hadn't even noticed before so it'll be better in the end, but really felt I shouldn't have even put my work clothes on.

Still better than a phone that has taken a bath though.

remember the old rain hats that grannies used to have, plastic things that snapped shut with two tie tapes? Mine allus had em in their handbags to be popped open at a moments notice.
