Yep, ECG = Cardio. got that.
I get what you said about all the causes but one of the worst is your heritage, is it in your genes?
Which is why I am grateful that not one of my relatives goin way back, or sideways, ever died of an art attack.
Check out "long Covid" ont net cos it IS a thing, as our middle kid has it and she has now been designated officially disabled, can't work, can't shop nuffin. :(:(
not saying the jab is the same but there may be probs with it.
As I think you are aware I got a thrombosis due to my second one, A-Z. now get the odd cramp in said leg. But would still rather have it than get the bug.;)
My grandad died soon after a heart attack, but was overweight and had a poor diet, no exercise etc.
Grandma on other side had multiple strokes after suffering from other old age related problems that may or may not have been interrelated.
As far as I'm aware neither of my parents are classed as high risk

In theory me leccy bill we go up. We dunt use the cooker as it takes too long. Only a microwave and slow cooker. Air fryer uses more power than both. Takes a bit longer to cook the same fing assa microwave. The good news is eye will be able to have chips. Eye likes chips. Not had oven chips fer just over a year.

Dont like a belt/brace of any type it tempts you to do stuff you shouldn't;). Just my opinion:).

But I do agree there are times it could at least make you look human when walking:D.

I wasn't planning on wearing it at any time other than when I was going to be doing a lot of bending and lifting, or both.
As I feel the same about it as you do, hence refusing to wear one for so long.;)

Well that's a shame, all I know is it's quicker than an oven and chops etc taste so much better. So it IS cheaper if you used to use an oven but not if not! It cooks a chop in the time an oven would take to heat up to the temp where it could cook the chop, then it still cooks it quicker, using less leccy. :D:D:D

Sorry, but you have just said you will be wearing it to do stuff that you shouldn’t be doing cos your backs knackered:confused:.

"I now wear a brace. Having had the problem since I was 18, now 67, I think I ought to have given in and done it ages ago."
I have a problem, it isn't knackered if it was I'd be in a wheelchair. I can still lift 50 kgs, it is just a lot more difficult than it used to be and I suffer for longer afterwards than I used to.
OK, doc?;)

When I used to compete in tug of war I used to strap knees and back and for weight lifting. Any twinge used to stop. But I look after myself as I don't want to be crippled if I get to older life
