I just listened again and it could be "is it" but next word begins with C or a K
Back from the lug klinik. 45 minutes of flushing, poking and pulling. Then a 15 minute break and another 10 minutes of persuasion. Finally got it out, a small rock hard lump of wax. Oil had no effect on softening it. Might get my hearing back soon, after it settles down in there
