Morning All :D
Still here, still grimacing smiling. :)
A rubbish night with broken sleep my neck is all "noisy" in the turns/moves, sounds like I am stirring a bucket of sand/gristle. :(
Family BBQ Monday, so of course that is forecast for the worst weather of the Easter break.
Never mind, onwards & upwards eh? :D

Well............ This morning I find my new fridge is still at 20 degrees inside, motor hot but cold it's not
Second fridge in three days, Zanussi and I left it four hours to settle, set temp control on half way and switched on, been on all night and still at 20.
Same happened to the last one which was a Bosh
I should have gone to Currys, taking this back and see what they say as he assured me it was working as they had tested it
is it me ??

Fridges & freezers have to be left to stand switched-off upright for a few hours after they have been transported to allow the fluids to drain down in the compressor, else they will not work.

EG from the Beko Website.....
Relocating and Installing

Once your fridge has been safely moved into the kitchen of your new home, it needs some time to settle before you can start using it. You should let it stand unplugged, in an upright position, for at least 4 hours to allow its compressor oil to settle.
You can plug your appliance in once 4 hours have passed. Make sure that the thermostat control is set to ON but don’t start loading food right away. Allow your fridge some time to cool down to temperatures safe for food storage, which might take up to 12 hours.
