..that ALL the fencing is completed. :D
Including (Ahhhh) a gap in the concrete gravel boards to allow the badgers/foxes to get through. ;)
If you don't do this they just smash your fencing out of spite. :(
So that's 13 new 6 foot panels and 3 existing ones relocated. :)
Thom is a diamond-geezer and I have paid him his well-earned 4-days wages.
He will be back here living with us next week as he is working on my son's place again. :)

Good evening..
Well arrived home to find scaffolding out side the neighbours vacant house. Spotted someone painting & got chatting. Asked if they could prune the bush(as it’s too tall) as scaffolding up. They then turn round & say it’s all coming down the weekend. What a bonus..
I said don’t make noise before 08.00hrs & crack on.

Todays happenings......
On site to fit timber around the balcony & paint.
Scaffolders turned up to take it down 10 mins on the job..... I just shut the rear door of the disco
parked behind wingnuts van & took a step forward..the donkey at the top threw a cross rail onto the
level below & it bounced off the scaffold & over the side  it bounced off wingnuts van right in the
curved section roof/side I shouldnt have laughed but haha I nearly pizzed myself.

I larfed all the home. :D:D

Cut/ground out a 1ft section out the trailer 50mm box section ground up & welded it up
just the other side to do in the morning. :)

Evening all:)
Reporting in from rainy Lowestoft.
Been a busy week, fink I caught up wif licks.
Not gonna say much as using phone and sausage fingers makes it slow:)

I will say it nice to see family, although circumstances not ideal.
Seen loads of landys and I am stuck in a bloody Vauxhall thing that keeps telling me off;)

They were made by a local blacksmith previously & yup they were a fortune.
You can buy all the swirls & bends ect & weld them all up yourself (if you can weld)??
Then get them powder coated or galvanized. :)
That sort of stuff looks like arc welding, which i CAN do, in fact I am better at arc than MIG bizarrely, so where do you get the stuff from?
Never thought of this. but getting stuff blasted then zinc then powder coated seems easy enough and cheap enough, if you believe Wheeler Dealers!;););)
We have one balcony rail, in France, that looks very similar. Called a "garde-fou" strangely. Literal translation meaning "guard against madman" or similar!!!:D:D:D i.e. to stop mad feckers jumping off! But we have a low balcony, less than a metre, downstairs that I have been trying for ages to think what to do about. In the UK it would be illegal not to have it railed off, but as it is just under a metre we get away with it. The big problem is that almost anything we think off would spoil the view.

Evening all I spent most of the morning driving the manitou up & down the main road
everyone was well happy that I was holding them up :D
Site all cleared & then I went to the house to turn my trailer upside down with the machine
neebs were out looking probably thinking wtf is he up to now.:D
My trailer needs a bit of tlc as I managed to rip the front axle off ooopps
Nothin like a big bit o kit!!!
