Evening all, i replaced the fuse for the flash/horn and that magically brought the dash back alive, even though that fuse had been blown for a while, the starting issue was due to the crank wire coming off but i was unable to find that until the morning as the starters covered in an oily gunky mess, its my dads truck anyway so i should know to take mine next time, thanks all
