I have a PressBrake HD front bumper with integrated recovery points in line with the chassis rails and with a centre mounted tow hitch for trailer jockeying in tight spaces.
They are made from 5/8" steel bar curved and welded to the 6mm bumper.
You will pull the chassis apart long before they give way. Cheap and effective.

I was under the impression he was just concentrating on his crossmembers and stopped making these, or at least a while ago I thought he was.
If he's started again then all the better :)
I like the standard(ish) looking bumpers, but to have one that's strong would be better.

I'm sure Clive shut up shop completely.?!

I always wanted one of his rear X/members. His front bumpers were immense.

If he starts up again I'm top of the list for orders, you lot can bugger off. :p

I know their was a lot of talk about it, but thought he got another place, but just only concentrating on crossmembers.

Website seems to say so, but I may be wrong and only one man can answer the question properly :)

I need to get some recovery and towing gear on my landy in the new year...

I'm going to get the NAS rear tow step and for the back regular jate rings but for the front I thought these looked quite good… or should I just stick some jate rings on the front as well? anyone got them?

I have one blank of metal left I can fold into a bumper:D
Other than that they were not economical to make, when I checked I was doing them labour free and sticking a couple of quid towards them:eek:

Make them in batches of 10, charge realistic prices, ( even price matching the inferior quality ones just spoken about)and punt them out on here. You would sell every one, because of the superior materials and workmanship, and everybody would be happy. :D PS, still after a front winch bumper!;)

Haha..

I never have a little bit to spend, ruddy two delightful little children take care of that.

You need to start rebuilding these as a business Mr, you're very good at it and it would be a shame not to use such a talent productively. Sometimes it's worth taking a risk matey. ;):)

And yes, it's what I enjoy, It's something I'm ok at it and try to learn more every time.
So it's a no brainer really, but the risk? Yeah, that's the bit I don't like.
