I'll be making sure all the blend motors work before I put the dash back together, don't worry!! And swapping in a heater box which has had all the flaps freed up on and re-greased :)

I am afraid I am about to do "O" rings on my V8 auto without lpg. Anyone know Where would I get an Audi heater and which one do I want?

@martyuk is the expert here. Although @MrGorsky did his a few weeks ago so might still have the invoices handy. The grommet through the bulkhead can be tricky. Much easier with 2 people and some soapy water. Cue Tomcat ...

I use Nissens heater cores. Part number 70220 or 70230, some Mikalor style constand tension clamps, and 19mm hose.

I get heater cores from eBay, and there are lots to choose from. I stick with Nissens though as they seem to be a brand with good reputation!

10 days of leak free use of the Range Rover.. then Boom! dumps coolant out on the A31.

the wife was with the baby, I was at work. she's not best pleased with me or the RR. going to pull the plugs tomorrow and see if the HG is leaking again.

the carpet is dry on the drivers side now.. so that's a plus o_O

:(I think you need a second car unfortunately. Id fixed my air block only to have the rear brake lines start to leak the next day.. It's a real tough time your having buddy but hang on in there. As i said, not that it helps any.. A second car for the better half and your little one is a must...
