I am not bothered about the car, if somebody wants to own an Evoque then good luck, i know there is question about it's pedigree but i am sure it is a fine piece of engineering and very popular with it's chosen target market.
My point is, if you have a brand new car with 3 years warranty why would you need to join a forum that is primarily about how to fix the things, unless you had a shed load of defender bits you want to sell maybe and need a way to get to 50 posts as quickly as possible.....
if landrover girl is a girl who owns an evoque with red leather then i'll eat my L322 !! (terms and conditions apply)
**** off with your grow up, i am only having a joke, anybody that posts on here with a red leather evoque convertible knows full well they are in for some stick.Oh grow up, really, that is your gripe, forums are for everyone, heck, maybe someone with a defender want's some bits, shock horror?
I'm just venting a bit, you know I work damn hard, and to relax I visit forums, to learn, to help where I can, to banter, I can take a Ejoke and G/Lander quip no problem but what if this woman is genuine, fine example we've set eh!

Who said i had a gripe?
You carry on, i shall say now more, at least you can spend a bit of time talking to a female that hasn't blocked you yet
Series & Defenders are the only PROPER Landy's, we ALL know that
have u seen what happens to fenders
Well @TheLandroverGirl , I applaud your choice, I would love to be able to afford one of those, rag top down, wind in the hair, (if I still had some), and pretty good off road ability, only judging from Mr James May's trip across the desert on Top Gear mind you, and I admire the style.I'm still here Chicken! I think there are a lot of people being very rude about my RR Convertible!
Just goes to show how easily it can be done, luckily no one was hurt except for the driver's ego. I've seen this same "easy"rollover on a steep track climb backslip, thank heaven for big trees close to the track.

You have to remember many of us on here are "older" and live in the glories of days gone by and find it hard to change our thinking from "boxy" fourbies or "superior" badged tractors.
