Airbags and acrylic wedges will do it but chances are you don't have them. The AA or similar will. Or do the window. I'd coat the window with sticky back plastic or baking paper and treacle worst case. Otherwise you'll be finding glass for months.

That's a dumb system press lock from inside, open door and get out and close the door ....THEN it locks?
Surely opening a door from inside AFTER the lock command cancels any locking command. Else, how do you get out after a crash or the driver has a heart-attack?
That's not how it works. The lock command (either speed locking or manual locking via the dash button) disconnects the exterior handles from the locks, the interior ones are still functional and a crash input from the RCM to the BCM triggers three unlock signals to the doors (to enable rescuers to open the doors, the interior handles will still override the locks except in the case of mechanical child locks set on the rear doors). Any doors open when the lock command is sent will signal a mislock and additionally not lock until an unlock command has been received and a door closed signal received.

Sounds like a job for an airbag window-frame bender and a door lock puller then. :)

That'll work, there is an easier way if you have a battery pack (or even a cordless drill battery).
