It was to do with are glow plugs new or old.Yep. Odd, I thought we had ruled glow-plugs out as working.
Only the glow relay bit you don't really get anything unless the engine has run.Thanks @wammers did any values on those diagnostic make any sense?
Replaced glow plug fuse to no avail. Also the sync mate or hawkeye now wont connect to the car. The engine ECU I found was partially unplugged so put that back now these issues have arisen. I assume this causes an issue?
Checked that is fineLook at fuse 33 engine bay fuse box. 5 amp. Playing with electrics as you have done if battery is connected is not a good idea.

Yep they all ok have cleaned connections in drivers footwell only other thing to check is fuse box connections but then again sync-mate just flashes red? Hawkeye says cannot communicate with engine ecu?Have you checked all the fuses?

Since changing fuse the glow plug light doesnt even come on wasnt doing that before
