Did you bridge relay let fuel run through from lift pump?
Time for a new battery I guess.Wow blimey yeah that is connected and is getting electrical supply the engine would.crank 5 or 10 times before battery gave out

Yep done that was fine. Only thing i saw was when engine stopped cranking fuel was travelling back from the pump. When bleeding lift pump how long to bridge the relay for? As when I done it fuel was spurting out of olive nut before tightening.
The battery that was in there was knakered anyway to be honest. What's best way checking the inertia switch?Lift pump self-bleeds. New ones lack the one-way valve. You can add one. So, fuel is reaching the FIP. As Data says, injector unions should be left loose and car cranked until fuel leaks out and then nipped up. Get ready as it may start!
Wouldn't expect it ti flatten a battery bit you never know. Inertia switch worth checking and EMS code with Nanocom (which you said was fine).

Hoping new battery will freshen things. Not got nanacom just that dongle black box do and flashed green. Hoping battery will turn up tomorrow.
Dont suppose anyone knows how long need to crank it for till fuel emerges as data said took fair amount of power?
No need to bleed the lift pump. If fuel is running back are all the leak off pipes and the end cap in place?Yep done that was fine. They are mate yeah, the duff battery just made things difficult. The solenoid was getting between 6-8 volts dropping off.No need to bleed the lift pump. If fuel is running back are all the leak off pipes and the end cap in place?
Just leave the pipes loose at the injectors. They are mate yeah, the duff battery just made things difficult. The solenoid was getting between 6-8 volts dropping off.
Do I need to leave the olive nut loose in the FIP until fuel emerges and tighten? This is what I done yesterday.

Ok thank you new battery turned up will hook it up tomorrow and try again. No jump the lift pump leave it running for a while the injection pump will self bleed. Then leave the pipes on the injectors loose about quarter of a turn and crank engine until there is no air then nip up each injector as that happens. Engine may fire whilst doing this.
Thank you mate. I did get a new oil switch but can't get old one out rusted and rounded not got a 20mm deep socket.Sensor posted.
I had the woman try get it through the cheaper thing is why box is flattened
Thought you were being rude but all is clear, now.Sensor posted.

Do you have fuel at the injectors?Gents I am at a complete loss now. Battery was good allowing fuel to high pressure pipes bleed ok just wont fire. Everything is sync up.
I do yeah when was cranking diesel spitting out nice and clear was crank 10-15 seconds to ensure fuel was coming out.Do you have fuel at the injectors?
