How do,
I've taken the leap after 20 years of company car driving, i've got rid, taken a car allowance and bought an 03 TD5 GS Auto to pull our Caravan - its the car i've always wanted and its fab!
I expect to be doing around 25000 miles per year and can recover fuel allowance from my employer and from my tax returns in April. Over the past couple of weeks i seem to be running at around 25 mpg around town and 33 mpg on the motorway which is roughly what i expected.
I've been thinking about Bio Diesel but the owners manual says in bold the vehicle is not suitable to run on it - is this right, if so can a coversion be easilly undertaken and would this have any effect upon mpg?
Cheers
Carlos
